RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Sorry, we do not have a refund policy. We will gladly exchange items or issue a store credit within 48 hours of delivery with original tags and receipt. You may exchange items in any of our store locations, or return items with original tags and receive a store credit.
All discounted items are final sale. No refund or exchanges.
If you would like to ship your order back please request a RA number for shipping back your return within 48 hours upon delivery.

All sales are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled or exchanged at the point of purchase. Our vendors are unable to cancel or make any changes or modifications to any order once it has been placed. Please be sure of the style, size, color, and any other specifications before submitting your order. Also, standardized dye lots cannot be guaranteed for orders with multiple gown styles.
